Hi! I’m Shard, your Life Coach. With over 2 decades in the army, I believe I’m intrinsically an Officer and gentleman at heart and in attitude.
The foundation of everything I am and my beliefs are deeply rooted in the culture of the army and warrior ethos of fighting challenging operating environments and never giving up. Post my years in the Army, I have spent close to 16 years in the corporate world serving various leadership positions and leading large teams to success, all over the world.
Rationalising every human action through science, I understand the human behavior from the prism of quantum physics and energy science. My process acumen and leadership skills borne out of experience in the Army with post graduate certification in business administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, enables me to lend professional and disciplined hands on approach towards team building and enhancing individuals ability to execute.
This approach enables me to reach the untapped human potential and handhold clients to success in any aspect impacting their lives be it personal or professional.
